What is the delivery time?

Once an order is placed, please allow up to 14 business days or more for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note that orders may be processed sooner, however there are massive worldwide delays due to COVID-19. Please READ and consider before purchasing.

What is the processing time for Custom Orders?

Once an order is placed, please allow at least 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note that customer orders may take longer, depending on details.

What is your return policy?

In general, no returns. Due to COVID-19, no exchanges will be allowed at this time. We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange request. For IN STORE purchase, exchanges and returns can be done within 14 days of purchase; however tags must still be attached and items unworn. Management has the right to deny any in-store returns.

What is your refund policy?

In general there are no refunds, however refunds are issued at the digression of the owner. If an item is damaged, torn or defected in any way, it must be reported via email within 14 days. 

How can I contact your couriers?

We primarily use USPS. After your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can reach this courier at 1-800-275-8777

Do you provide International delivery?

At this time, we are only able to ship to Canada, outside of the U.S.
