What is the delivery time?

Once an order is placed, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and items to be shipped. Please note that orders may be processed sooner.

What is the processing time for Custom Orders?

Once an order is placed, please allow 21-30 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note that orders may be processed sooner.

What is your return policy?

In general, no returns. Due to COVID-19, no exchanges will be allowed at this time. We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange request.

What is your refund policy?

In general there are no refunds, however refunds are issued at the digression of the owner. If an item is damaged, torn or defected in any way, it must be reported via email within 21 days.

Do you provide International delivery?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship outside of the U.S.
